
AGE-APPROPRIATE WORKOUTS
If you are doing the same workouts that you did when you were in your 20’s and 30’s, chances are you will either injure yourself or not see the same results you did back then. Our bodies and metabolism change with age, as do our lifestyles. It’s also more difficult to keep them sustainable given all the extra commitments life has thrown our way.
I have been able to make my workouts more “age-appropriate”, and yet as intense and challenging as the ones I did when I was younger. I modified my weekly workout schedule according to my age. I still workout 5 days a week with resistance training, cardio and flexibility and the results are incredible. I feel that amazing burn and everything feels and moves much better. In fact, I have never felt better physically, mentally, and emotionally as a result. I want you to feel the same way by helping you adapt your habits and workout routine accordingly.
